Wie schöön <3 Vor allem Lektion 5 und 10 kann ich zustimmen. Sport ist einfach sehr wichtig - genauso wichtig wie kleine Auszeiten. Sowas kann man schnell mal vergessen, wenn es stressig wird :)

Oh ja, es macht einfach so einen Unterschied, mit welchem Bewusstsein man an bestimmte Dinge rangeht. Das muss ich mir definitiv ins Gedächtnis rufen :)
